This journal is set to give some basic information/rules of the commissions I will take alongside guidelines as to how much information is required. So let's begin.

First off will be prices. For now prices are as such

Stories
As of now the prices will be set as below.
CHANGE: Stories start at 5 dollars. This is equate to 500 word stories as a minimum. 
Every other 100 words is equal to a dollar more. Thus if you want a 1000 word story it will be 10 dollars.
However after 2500 words the prices are vary to change. This is open to discussion however it will increase the price in what will be charged for said story. If you wish to discuss payment it is open, however please note that the amount price will change.

I will ask for a limit of words for a story when starting out a commission. From there if the story must exceed that number of words then we can discuss it from there.

Payment
-Payment shall be for a set amount at the beginning. Usually half. (Unless you are doing a 5 Dollar minimum story. I shall ask for that up front most of the time). The other half paid when the writing is done. Writings will be posted after payment is made in full.
-Half of story will be presented to Commissioner for their approvals before continuing on. 

Please remember. Prices will vary depending on certain factors.

Requirements
This small section will state what is needed before taking on a commission.

1) Detailed explanation of what the commissioner wants. Guidelines for stories are helpful in giving exactly what you wish to read.

2) Physical descriptions of what you want as the final results. People vary in what kind of tfs they like, so I will need to know what you want to see.

3) Appearance. Some good information to know is of what you want the characters to look like along with their clothings. Which ties into the next section

4) References. REFERENCE IS REQUESTED. Please remember this. If you wish for certain characters to be changed, please provide reference. Thank you.

Now for an important section. What KINDS of commissions will I take.
Below is a list of all the ones I am willing to write out. Please keep these in mind before asking for a commissions. 

*NOTE: My preference is female characters. Male TFs are not very likely from me, outside of one below*

-Transformation

Most transformation stories shall be acceptable. This consists of animal, doll, pokemon, etc types of transformations. 

*No bug or crocodile/alligator tfs*

-Age Regression or Progression along with Mental Regression

Pretty self explanatory. Stories about people growing younger, older, or just going baby brained. 

*A note is that I will not write stories about people getting so old they pass on. However if people want a story of someone regressing back into the womb we will need to discuss that one.*
 

-Hypnosis

Again self explanatory. People hypnotized to do various things. An obvious example being Fairy Pets

-Weight Gain 

A newer field that I am working with but one that is possible. Just people gaining weight through various means. Again one that is needing discussion with commissioners before starting. 

-TG

Here it shall mostly be guys turning into girls. I kinda suck at TG however will do my best to try it out.

-Inflation/Flattening

Somewhat falls under weight gain in a sense, however due to some people varying I made this its own section. This one includes balloons, pool floats, etc.
With flattenings the characters are set in a way where they don't die. Just an note. 

Growth/Shrink

One I am not well versed in however willing to take these kind of commissions too.
